Delete your Quiz&Cash account

You can delete your Quiz&Cash account and personal data at any time by sending us a request. All deletion requests are processed within 30 days.

Request deletion by email

Email us from an address linked to your account, or include your registered phone number so we can verify you.

  1. Open your email app.
  2. Send a message to pktiwari110487@gmail.com.
  3. Use the subject line: Delete my Quiz&Cash account.
  4. Include your registered phone number and display name.
  5. We will confirm and process your request within 30 days.
To protect your account, please include the phone number you used to sign in. We may ask one verification question before processing. Any unwithdrawn wallet balance will be forfeited upon deletion.

Before you delete — withdraw your balance

If your wallet balance is ₹50 or more, request a withdrawal in the app (Wallet → Withdraw) before deleting your account. Once deleted, any remaining balance cannot be recovered.

Timeline

Deletion is permanent and cannot be undone. If you only want to take a break, sign out from the Profile tab — your data will stay safe until you return.

How long does deletion take?

Email requests are confirmed within 1–2 business days. Full permanent deletion (including backups) is completed within 30 days.

What happens to my wallet balance?

Any unwithdrawn balance is forfeited when your account is deleted. Please withdraw your earnings first if your balance is ₹50 or more.

Can I recover my account after deletion?

No. Deletion is permanent. If you sign up again later with the same phone number, it will be a fresh account with no past data.

I can't access the app — can I still delete?

Yes. Use the email method above with your registered phone number. We will verify your identity before deleting the account.

Can I download my data before deleting?

Yes. Email us at pktiwari110487@gmail.com with the subject "Export my data" and we will send you a copy within 30 days.

Will I receive a confirmation after deletion?

Yes. We send a final confirmation email once your account and personal data have been permanently removed from our systems.
